Project Manager

Function

In this role as project manager, you will be the central point of contact for projects and coordinate the various disciplines from start to finish.

You will supervise projects from the design and engineering phase to production, procurement and site installation.

Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to realise high-quality and innovative aluminium solutions.

What does this position entail:

• You ensure that all technical aspects of a project are correctly worked out and followed up.
• You will monitor progress, planning and execution on site.
• You oversee the execution of contractual obligations and identify risks early to prevent problems.
• You monitor the budgets, costs and revenues of the projects.
• You maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, architects and internal teams.

Profile

As a project manager for our client active in high-quality aluminium joinery solutions, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• You have relevant education or demonstrable experience within engineering/construction.
• You have a strong construction acumen.
• You have communication skills and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• You are a proactive problem solver and make decisions independently.
• You preferably have experience in a managerial or coordinating role.
• You have a valid driving licence B.
• Your command of Dutch is very good.
• You work in an organised, structured way and with an eye for quality.
• You are driven and ambitious, with a focus on results.

Organisation

You will join an experienced specialist in aluminium facade solutions, active in the professional construction sector. The company designs, manufactures and installs high-quality aluminium joinery solutions such as façade elements, windows and doors for both new construction and renovation projects.

The focus is on quality, technical precision and sustainable performance, with full control over study, production and execution.

The team works closely with architects, contractors and other construction partners to deliver technically sound and aesthetically refined solutions that meet the requirements of modern building projects.
