You’ll have a firm grasp of the procurement side of things, liaise smoothly with project teams and ensure that materials, services and partners are available at the right time and under the right conditions.
You’ll find yourself in an environment where no two projects are really the same: from residential care and schools to flats and, in the meantime, also defence projects. - You will negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding price, quality, timing and terms and conditions.
- You will liaise closely with project management and site management to ensure that requirements, planning and budgets are perfectly aligned.
- You will monitor delivery times, contractual agreements and the administrative follow-up.
- You will actively contribute ideas on improvements to procurement strategy, pricing and supplier selection.
- You maintain a clear overview in projects where detail, structure and speed are all equally important.
We are therefore looking for someone who is confident, enjoys contributing ideas and draws energy from projects with a clear technical and commercial dynamic.

What you bring:

- You are adept at negotiating, following up and organising your work in a clear and structured manner.

- You work meticulously and maintain a clear overview, even when dealing with several cases at the same time.
- Experience with specific or technical projects is certainly an asset.
A degree in a relevant field is a bonus, but your experience, maturity and aptitude for procurement carry at least as much weight.
