Function

What does your working day look like?

• You analyse specifications and plans and translate them into a feasible approach on site.
• You ensure that people, machinery and materials are in the right place at the right time.
• You will support foremen and teams in their day-to-day operations and act as their first point of contact.
• You’ll actively monitor the construction site and keep everything under control, from start to completion.
• You will attend site meetings and ensure that agreements are actually followed up on.
• You keep accurate records of progress reports, additional works and offsets.
• You will monitor quality and ultimately bear final responsibility for your projects.

Profile

Are you a civil engineer, a surveyor, or have you already gained a great deal of relevant experience? Then there’s a great opportunity waiting for you here. Experience in road construction is certainly an asset, but we also welcome motivated recent graduates with open arms. With us, you’ll enjoy direct and transparent communication within a close-knit and friendly working environment.

• You have an excellent command of Dutch and can also express yourself fluently in French.
• You are flexible, work independently and are a strong communicator, which means you are naturally the go-to person both on site and in the office.
• You’ll feel at home in an SME environment where decisions are made quickly and lines of communication are deliberately kept short.
