Are you an experienced Service Engineer with knowledge of electricity or electromechanics and looking for a new challenge in the Antwerp region? For our client, active in fixed gas detection systems and safety, we are looking for a Service Engineer with a passion for technology and safety. As a Service Engineer, you and a team of passionate colleagues will be on the road for the maintenance and repair of fixed gas detection installations at various customers in the industrial sector. After thorough training, you will become a true specialist in technical maintenance, service and assembly. Your duties will include:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fixed gas detection equipment.
• Carry out repairs and parts replacement, fully compliant with current ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures.
• Assemble and disassemble technical components according to machine specifications.
• Provide professional service to customers on site, with attention to safety and quality.
• Report on your work and contribute to technical improvements.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's degree in electricity or electromechanics.
• Experience as a maintenance technician or service engineer is a big plus.
• Strong in technical execution as well as organisation and planning.
• You are eager to learn, solution-oriented and possess a positive work attitude.
• Sense of initiative and accuracy characterise your way of working.
• You enjoy working autonomously but function well in a team.
