Service Technician

Function

As a Service Technician, you will work within an enthusiastic team of an international company specialising in intralogistics solutions. Your main task is the maintenance and repair of forklifts, warehouse trucks and other internal transport equipment. You will also be responsible for the administration of customer visits and ensure that material and goods flows within companies are optimally organised.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of various transport equipment.
• Detecting faults and technical problems.
• Providing customer-focused service and advice.
• Administration of customer visits.
• Proactively identify commercial opportunities with customers.

Profile

• Technically proficient with a solid basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity and electronics.
• In possession of a driving licence B.
• Analytical ability to identify faults.
• Customer-oriented, independent and flexible.
• Commercially minded with an eye for opportunities.
• Fluent in Dutch (French is a plus).
