Service Technician Waasland

Function

As a service technician in the Waasland region, you will be responsible for the forklifts and warehouse trucks segment.

Below is a sample of your duties:

• Maintenance and repair of forklifts and warehouse trucks in the Waasland region (Lokeren/Sint-Niklaas).
• Responsible for a wide range of technical work at various customers.
• Performing inspections and troubleshooting.
• As an independent ter technician, you will be responsible for scheduling your appointments.

Profile

We are looking for someone who not only can tinker well, but also has a thorough technical knowledge of engines, electricity, mechanics and hydraulics. The ideal candidate has:

• A degree in automotive engineering, electromechanics, electrical engineering, maintenance engineering or equivalent experience.
• Preferably knowledge of forklifts, although this is not essential, training in this is provided!
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with customers and colleagues.
