Function

• What will be your duties?
• Taking responsibility for the smooth running of your sites within our telecoms projects, from study and design to the licensing phase, organisation and planning - that's your role.
• You will report directly to the project leader, ensuring that everything runs clearly and efficiently.
• Managing executive teams such as fibreglass welders, blowing crews and assembly crews are among your daily tasks.
• Communication with client and construction supervisors is smooth through you.
• Solution-oriented thinking is in your nature - you bite into a variety of challenges every day with the customer in mind.
• Overseeing all sites under your project leader is an important part of your responsibility.

Profile

Who are you?

• Do you have a bachelor's degree in ICT, telecoms, electricity or equivalent experience?
• Do you bring knowledge of telecoms and/or ICT? Then you immediately have a strong asset on your hands.
• You already have experience with MS Office, and you score bonus points with AutoCAD. You also learn fast and adapt quickly to new tools or client apps.
• Organising, monitoring quality, guaranteeing safety and taking responsibility: these are qualities that typify you.
• You highly value sustainability and actively seek eco-friendly solutions.
• You see motivating employees and leading as a natural extension of your role.
• Knowledge of fibre optic technology is nice to have and definitely a plus in this position
