Industrial Cooling Site Manager

Function

As a Site Manager, you play a crucial role in our projects within industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems. You are responsible for ensuring that multiple sites run smoothly at the same time. Using your organisational skills and technical expertise, you will manage teams of technicians and subcontractors, monitor schedules, quality and safety, and ensure that your clients are satisfied from start-up to handover.

Your duties will include:

• Organising and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
• Managing teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Chairs site meetings and holds consultations with clients.
• Monitoring scheduling, quality and safety on site.
• Problem-solving and anticipating potential obstacles.
• Coordination of materials and deliveries.

Profile

We are looking for a Site Manager with a passion for engineering, organisation and taking responsibility. Although a degree is not a requirement, relevant experience and technical knowledge are essential.

What we’d like to see in you:

• At least some initial experience as a site manager, foreman or in a similar technical role.
• Excellent skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a solution-focused approach.
• Experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC or natural refrigerants would be an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Dutch, with a good working knowledge of French and English.
• Willingness to work on projects throughout Belgium and the Netherlands, with the occasional overnight stay.
