Site Manager, Ventilation

Function

• You will closely monitor the installation of ventilation and technical systems on site.
• You will be the point of contact for fitters and subcontractors and will ensure that collaboration runs smoothly.
• You will coordinate day-to-day operations and monitor the progress of projects.
• You will ensure that the planned work is carried out within the agreed deadlines.
• You will work closely with the project manager to monitor the quality of the installations.
• You will assist installers and subcontractors with technical or practical queries.
• You identify problems on site and actively contribute ideas for efficient and feasible solutions.
• You ensure that your projects are properly planned.
• Among other things, you will draw up lists of materials and make other practical arrangements.
• You’ll be combining office work with time spent on site, and you’ll be out and about regularly.
• You’ll roll up your sleeves and get stuck in whenever necessary.

Profile

• You have completed a technical qualification or have equivalent relevant experience within the construction sector.
• You have a keen interest in technology and are fascinated by installation engineering.
• You enjoy a varied role, working independently and flexibly.
• You’re a real go-getter and feel at home in a practical environment.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and like to organise things independently.
• You are a good communicator and can interact easily with fitters, subcontractors, colleagues and project management.
• You are solution-oriented and don’t let unexpected problems throw you off course easily.
• You have strong organisational skills and are good at setting priorities.
• You have a good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• You have a driving licence B.
