Steel construction project manager

Function

As a Steel Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete follow-up of projects, from quotation phase to delivery.

• You will manage various projects within Belgium, focusing on technical doors and gates in a niche market
• You are responsible for the measurement and technical preparation of construction sites
• You coordinate the entire project process: planning, budget, execution and delivery
• You are the point of contact for customers and ensure smooth communication
• You monitor the quality, safety and profitability of your projects
• You will work closely with colleagues and report to management
• You maintain an overview of complex projects, whether technical, commercial or financial
• You respond flexibly to changing circumstances and customer needs

Profile

Below are the characteristics we are looking for in our Steel Construction Project Manager.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in a technical field)
• You have experience in project management within the construction or industrial sector
• Technical knowledge of doors, security or fire protection applications is a plus but not a must
• You are organisationally strong and stress-resistant
• You can work independently as well as in a team
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and work in a structured way
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and French
• You uphold values such as quality, customer focus, safety and cooperation
