Supply chain coordinator

Function

As supply chain coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will make purchase planning taking into account stock, season and the possibility of storage;
• You prepare analyses to optimise stock management, logistics costs and supplier reliability;
• You will manage 3 purchase clerks and 5 clerks operating from the warehouse in China;
• You support your colleagues operationally in various areas: orders, import formalities, transport, contact with producers...;
• You will help schedule incoming containers;
• The predetermined KPIs related to transport, suppliers, stock, process improvement... you follow up meticulously;
• You track deliveries and proactively resolve availability issues.

Profile

Are you the supply chain coordinator we are looking for?

• You have several years of experience in a similar procurement/supply chain role;
• You have strong analytical skills that you can translate to the operational;
• You have experience in process optimisation;
• You speak Dutch, French and English fluently
• You dare to take action and assist during busy periods;
• You are willing to travel to the warehouse in China 2/3x a year.
