Function

As Supply chain coordinator you ensure that orders, materials, production capacity and transport are efficiently coordinated.

What exactly does this mean:

• Drawing up, managing and monitoring the production schedule.
• Drawing up capacity and staff planning schedules.
• Accurate management of bills of materials (BOMs), lead times and other item and planning data.
• Planning and organising the transport of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Coordinate the schedule with Production, Project Management and Operations.
• Managing three staff members: an administrative assistant, a warehouse assistant and a logistics operator.

Profile

For the position of Supply chain coordinator Our client is looking for an experienced professional who can integrate production planning, supply chain and logistics processes.

Who are you:

• You have 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics or a similar operational role.
• You can analyse data and are confident using ERP software and Excel.
• You communicate clearly with colleagues and partners and are not afraid to make decisions.
• You can lead a small team, allocate tasks and set clear priorities.

You’ll be joining a growing manufacturing company with a long history in steel solutions, self-storage and mobile storage units. You’ll be working alongside an experienced team and will take on a role that has a tangible impact on production, logistics and customer deliveries.

• Gross monthly salary of between €3,400 and €3,800, depending on experience and expertise.
• A full-time working week of 40 hours.
• Working hours are from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, with a half-hour break.
• 12 ADV days.
• Meal vouchers worth €6 per day worked.
• Group insurance.
• Hospitalisation insurance.
