Technical Inside Sales Engineer Mechanical Engineering

Function

As a Technical Inside Sales Engineer:

• You will analyse customer enquiries and draw up technical configurations for industrial installations.
• Draw up quotations and cost estimates for a wide range of bespoke projects.
• You will support the sales team with technical documentation and liaise with engineering and project management.
• Keep your costing models, quotations and documentation up to date at all times.
• Will you help to optimise products and processes in an innovative, international environment?.

Profile

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanics, mechanical engineering, process engineering or equivalent through experience.
• Several years’ experience in a technical sales support role, preferably in mechanical engineering, food & beverage or capital goods.
• A good knowledge of automation, pneumatics and industrial systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• You have a structured approach to your work and are a true team player.
