Technical Commercial Assistant

Function

• You will welcome customers at the counter and be their first point of contact for technical advice.
• You analyse customers’ needs and translate technical queries into appropriate solutions.
• You will advise on an extensive range of electrical equipment and proactively contribute ideas to projects.
• You will build long-term relationships with local customers and capitalise on commercial opportunities.
• You will keep customers informed about new products, technologies and relevant solutions.
• You will help to ensure that the shop is kept tidy and that the products are displayed correctly.
• You will provide support to the warehouse and closely monitor stock levels and delivery times.
• You will work closely with colleagues in sales, logistics and technical support.

Profile

• You have completed a technical course in electrical engineering or have relevant experience in the electrical engineering sector.
• You have a good knowledge of electrical equipment and are keen to learn about new technologies.
• You have a business-minded approach and recognise opportunities to offer customers additional solutions.
• You are customer-focused, sociable and have excellent communication skills.
• You speak and write Dutch fluently.
• You work meticulously and have a keen eye for administrative tasks and follow-up.
• You’re hands-on, flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• You are willing to keep learning and to further develop your technical knowledge.
