What does your role as a transport manager in the Bruges region involve?

• The KPIs and transport performance monitor and make adjustments where necessary
• Standing in for the staff planning and managing your own teams (around 12 people)
• Contribute to the strategic planning and the deployment of available resources
• Helping to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with the applicable safety and food safety standards
• Keep the transport manager informed via clear reporting and analysis
• Working with various internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve transport efficiency

• Do you have a analytical and structured approach

• Do you speak fluently? Dutch, French and English
• Do you have a keen interest in transport, planning and logistics
• Do you enjoy taking responsibility and contributing ideas on how to make processes more efficient?
