Warehouse manager

Function

As warehouse manager You will be responsible for the following:

• You will manage around 15 warehouse workers (spread across 3 sites), at busy times additional students may also be deployed;
• You coach, motivate your team and make adjustments where necessary;
• You will actively participate on the shop floor and help with loading/unloading, order picking and packing;
• You provide structure in the warehouse and are responsible for order and cleanliness;
• You keep track of leave requests and estimate capacity;
• You check incoming and outgoing goods and record them in the system;
• You report to management and identify areas for improvement.

Profile

Are you the warehouse responsiblee what are we looking for?

• You have experience managing a team in a similar environment;
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch and French;
• You have a hands-on nature and enjoy rolling up your sleeves;
• Possessing a forklift or reach truck certificate is a plus;
• You take a proactive and efficient approach;
• You are customer-oriented.
