Function

Als Werfleider ben jij de persoon die ervoor zorgt dat de werken op de werf vlot verlopen. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt het team aan en zorgt dat de planning en uitvoering goed op elkaar afgestemd zijn

• Dagelijkse opvolging van de verschillende werven
• Aansturen van arbeiders en ploegbazen
• Coördineren van onderaannemers
• Opvolgen van de planning en voortgang
• Controleren van de kwaliteit en uitvoering
• Bestellingen en materialen opvolgen
• Maintaining contact with clients and construction partners
• Attending site meetings
• Rapporteren over de voortgang van de werken
• Problemen op de werf signaleren en oplossen
• Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen werf, klant en kantoor

Op de werf ben jij degene die het hoofd koel houdt wanneer er tegelijk tien dingen gebeuren. Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid, kent de bouwsector en weet hoe je mensen op een duidelijke en aangename manier aanstuurt

• Ervaring binnen de bouwsector
• Ervaring met werfopvolging is een sterke troef
• Technisch en praktisch inzicht
• Sterk in organiseren en plannen
• Being able to adapt quickly and set priorities
• Communicative and customer-oriented
• Being able to tackle problems independently
• Be able to work well with labourers, foremen and subcontractors
• Flexibel ingesteld en graag actief op de werf
