Work Planner
Function
As a Work Planner, you will support the project manager in the preparation and monitoring of technical projects within HVAC, refrigeration and technical maintenance. You will ensure that materials, orders and administrative tasks are handled correctly and in a timely manner.
You act as a key link between the project manager, the site and suppliers, and help to oversee project preparation.
- Supporting the project manager with day-to-day project monitoring;
- requesting and following up on quotations from suppliers;
- creating and tracking purchase orders in the ERP system;
- preparing plans, materials and technical documentation;
- administrative processing of work carried out;
- drawing up technical data sheets, as-built documents and progress reports;
- ensure a smooth flow of information between project management, the site and suppliers.
Profile
You have a keen interest in technology and planning and would like to develop your career as a Work Planner. Any previous experience is welcome; motivation, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are just as important.
- A bachelor’s or graduate degree in a technical field, such as Construction or Electromechanics, or equivalent experience;
- proficient in MS Office and willing to learn new software and ERP systems;
- strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with various parties;
- meticulous, organised and versatile;
- able to work independently as well as being a team player;
- able to cope with stress and good at keeping track of things;
- knowledge of French is an advantage;
- driving licence B.
