AP Accountant

Function

As an AP Accountant, you can expect the following range of duties:

• Booking of purchase invoices
• Checking invoices for accuracy and completeness in accordance with internal procedures
• Preparing payments to suppliers within agreed payment terms
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to discuss and resolve invoice-related issues

Profile

The ideal candidate for the role of AP Accountant will have:

• A completed degree in Accounting, Business Economics or a related field.
• Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en genoeg vertrouwen in het Frans om gesprekken met leveranciers te houden.
• 0-3 years' work experience in a similar position.
• Basic knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Office (mainly Excel).
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
