Automotive claims manager

Function

As claims manager automotive, you will be responsible for the following range of duties:

• Beoordelen en afhandelen van schadedossiers, met nadruk op autoverzekeringen.
• Maintain contacts with insurers and repairers.
• Ensure efficient and customer-friendly claims handling.
• Analyse and resolve any complex claims.
• Preparation of claims reports and documentation.

Profile

As an automotive claims manager, you recognise yourself in the following characteristics:

• A bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent through experience.
• Ervaring of affiniteit in de verzekeringssector en/of de automotive sector.
• Je bent in bezit van een PCP-attest (groot pluspunt).
• Good communication skills and customer orientation.
• An eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
• Stress resistance and ability to work independently.
• Kennis van de Nederlandse taal; andere talen zijn een mooi pluspunt.
