Infrastructure Project Manager

Function

As Project manager Infra You will take charge of the entire project and ensure that the schedule, budget, quality and people are all aligned. Together with the site managers, work planners and foremen, you will manage the project from preparation through to handover

• You will analyse and examine the complete tender documentation, including the specifications and plans
• You will determine the project approach and schedule in consultation with the parties involved
• Following the kick-off, you will continue to carry out the technical and administrative preparations in collaboration with the work planners
• You will be responsible for the financial management of the project and will monitor the budget closely
• You will be the point of contact during site meetings and for the various stakeholders
• You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the entire project
• You will manage, supervise and coach the site managers, work planners and foremen, and ensure effective collaboration between all parties
• You will evaluate projects upon completion and contribute ideas on improvements and more efficient working methods

Profile

As strong project manager You like to keep track of things and know how to steer people and projects in the right direction. You combine technical knowledge with a strategic outlook and know when to make adjustments to ensure a project is completed successfully

• You have a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, with at least 5 years’ experience as a site manager or assistant project manager
• You have relevant experience in the construction sector
• You are proficient in MS Office and MS Project
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English
• You are able to manage different priorities and fluctuating workloads effectively
• You are flexible and have a keen interest in engineering and infrastructure projects
• You have strong communication skills and can switch easily between colleagues on site and other stakeholders
• You take responsibility and are not afraid to make decisions proactively
