Prevention consultant level 3

Function

As Level 3 Prevention Adviser You will play a key role in developing and monitoring the prevention and wellbeing policy. You will ensure that safety is not just a matter on paper, but also is part of everyday working life.

Your range of tasks:

• You monitor the health checks for staff
• You will be helping to prevention policy and ensures proper follow-up
• You provide advice on adapting working conditions relating to people and the workplace
• You advise staff and managers on safety, wellbeing and hygiene
• You will monitor administrative and health and safety-related files closely
• You actively think about improvements and preventative measures
• You will work alongside various internal and external stakeholders

Profile

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone who brings structure, enjoys communicating and considers safety to be truly important
• You have a Level 3 Health and Safety Advisor Certificate
• You have a basic understanding of well-being at work
• You’re good at administrative organisation and works accurately
• You’re good at set priorities and keeps track of things
• You have strong communication skills and work well with various stakeholders
• You speak Dutch, French and English
• You are proactive and not afraid to raise issues for discussion
• Experience in a logistics or operations environment would be an advantage

Our client is a European specialist in transport and logistics for foodstuffs requiring temperature-controlled conditions. Based in Oostkamp, you’ll be working alongside around 300 colleagues in a dynamic environment where safety and wellbeing are a priority every day.
