Logistics coordinator

Function

As logistics coordinator You will be responsible for the following:

• You will manage and coach a team of around 15 forklift truck drivers and overhead crane operators;
• You will map out the logistics processes and implement improvements based on this;
• You are actively present in the courtyard and keep an eye on what is going well and what is not (order and tidiness, safety regulations, etc.);
• You monitor the rolling stock (safety, maintenance);
• On a daily basis, you will coordinate the loads;
• Together with the quality manager, you are responsible for the quality of the products;
• In this position, you will report to the logistics manager.

Profile

Are you the logistics coordinator what we are looking for?

• You have gained experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or logistics sector;
• You have experience in optimising logistics processes;
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and French;
• You have experience of managing staff and helping them reach their full potential; ;
• You don’t shy away from problems;
• Ideally, you’ll have a overhead crane or forklift certificate so you can step in during busy periods.

Offer

• Gross salary depending on knowledge and experience, between €4,000 and €4,500 gross;
