Logistics Officer

Function

As a logistics officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

You will manage and monitor operational data, reports and documentation, and ensure their quality, accuracy and correct processing;

You will be responsible for maintaining and optimising templates, master data and information within the systems used;

You will assist with monitoring and reporting on KPIs, stock information and operational performance;

You will coordinate various activities within projects and ensure that agreements, deadlines and deliverables are met on time;

You identify anomalies and problems within operational and production processes, investigate the possible causes and ensure clear communication with the parties involved;

You actively contribute to improvement initiatives by analysing data, critically reviewing processes and proposing optimisations;

You will work closely with various internal stakeholders and support them in their day-to-day work.

Profile

As a logistics officer, you will possess the following qualities:

You have recently obtained a degree in a financial, administrative or economic field, or you have already gained some relevant experience in an analytical role;

You enjoy working with figures, data and reports, and find it rewarding to analyse information;

You have strong analytical skills and are able to investigate and solve problems in a structured manner;

You are meticulous, organised and have an eye for detail;

You have a good to very good knowledge of Excel and are familiar with advanced features such as pivot tables, lookup functions and macros;

You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
