Project Architect

Function

• Je begeleidt bouwprojecten van het eerste ontwerp tot en met de oplevering en werfopvolging.
• Je werkt voor kwalitatieve residentiële projecten en KMO-opdrachten, met een sterke focus op nieuwbouw én verbouwingen.
• Je vertaalt concepten naar technisch onderbouwde voorontwerpen, uitvoeringsdossiers en gedetailleerde plannen.
• Je staat mee in voor de opmaak en opvolging van omgevingsvergunningsaanvragen.
• Je overlegt met bouwheren, studiebureaus, aannemers en andere betrokken partners om elk dossier vlot te laten verlopen.
• Je volgt werven actief op en bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en uitvoering.
• Afhankelijk van je ervaring neem je een ondersteunende rol op of beheer je zelfstandig projecten van A tot Z als projectarchitect.
• Je krijgt de ruimte om inhoudelijk mee na te denken en projecten echt mee vorm te geven.

Profile

• Je behaalde een diploma architect of ingenieur-architect.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring als architect of projectarchitect.
• Je voelt je thuis in residentiële projecten, zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
• Je communiceert vlot met klanten en externe partners.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, maar draagt ook actief bij aan een collegiale samenwerking.
• Ervaring met Vectorworks is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
• You speak and write Dutch fluently; a knowledge of French would be an advantage.

You’ll be joining an enthusiastic team of around five colleagues, where lines of communication are short and everyone supports one another. There is plenty of scope for taking the initiative, and you’ll be given the confidence to take on responsibility, without ever having to go it alone. Thanks to close collaboration with colleagues, engineering firms and an in-house interior designer, you’ll work on well-thought-out, end-to-end projects that bring together architecture, engineering and finishing touches.

The projects are mainly located within the Mechelen, Leuven and Brussels triangle and range from high-quality new-build homes and renovations to SME projects and occasional student projects. Each project is handled on a personalised basis and offers a variety of tasks. In addition to design and technical development, the full scope of work also includes coordination, site supervision and, on occasion, interior integration. The informal working atmosphere, shared lunches, regular team-building activities and professional inspiration sessions ensure that colleagues not only work together but also make a point of spending time with one another.
