Project manager

Function

Als Project Manager neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over één of meerdere werven en leid je deze projecten volgens de gestelde doelstellingen.

Your duties will include:

• Opmaken en naleven van plannen Kwaliteit-Milieu en Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu (VGM).
• Coördineren van de uitvoeringsfase en toezicht houden op naleving van alle gestelde doelstellingen.
• Uitvoeren van inspecties op het vlak van Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu minstens twee keer per jaar.
• Rapporteren aan de directie en beheren van alle vereiste projectdocumentatie.
• Leiden en onderhouden van commerciële en operationele relaties met stakeholders zoals klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers, en gemeentelijke en milieudiensten.
• Bewaken van zowel projecttermijnen als begrotingsrichtlijnen om tot een geslaagd projectresultaat te komen.

Profile

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, beschik je over een stevige technische achtergrond en managementvaardigheden.

• Een diploma als burgerlijk ingenieur of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de bouwsector.
• Sterke strategische visie en een commerciële ingesteldheid.
• Het vermogen om relaties op hoog niveau te ontwikkelen en te onderhouden.
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness.
• Ervaring als onderhandelaar en sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten.
• Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
