Als Projectmanager Schrijnwerkerij neem je de leiding over de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van deze strategische businessunit. Je combineert jouw commerciële inzicht, organisatorische talent en passie voor schrijnwerk om projecten succesvol te realiseren en het team naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Your responsibilities:

• Je bouwt de schrijnwerkerij verder uit als een autonome en sterke speler binnen de groep.
• Je onderhoudt en versterkt relaties met architecten, klanten en bouwpartners.
• Je staat in voor calculaties, offertes en de voorbereiding van nieuwe opdrachten.
• Je coördineert de volledige planning van projecten, van offertefase tot oplevering.
• Je bewaakt de efficiëntie van productieprocessen en zoekt continu naar optimalisaties.
• Je zet mee in op digitalisering, structuur en rendementsverbetering binnen de afdeling.
• Je stuurt samen met de projectcoördinatoren een team van vakmensen aan en creëert een cultuur van samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten kwalitatief, tijdig en volgens de verwachtingen van de klant worden gerealiseerd.

Als Projectmanager Schrijnwerkerij combineer je ondernemerschap met technische expertise en een sterke passie voor houtbouw. Je bent iemand die mensen weet te verbinden, structuur brengt en met een strategische blik kansen ziet voor verdere ontwikkeling.

You recognise yourself in the following characteristics:

• Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen projectleiding in schrijnwerk, houtbouw of een vergelijkbare bouwomgeving.
• Je combineert commerciële feeling met strategisch inzicht en een ondernemende mindset.
• Je bent sterk in planning, calculatie, organisatie en procesoptimalisatie.
• Je bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen weet te motiveren en te begeleiden.
• Je communiceert vlot en werkt gestructureerd en administratief nauwkeurig.
• Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en krijgt energie van autonomie en impact.
