Claims Manager

Function

Your range of tasks:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the event of a claim;
• Opening, analysing and managing claims files from start to finish;
• Gathering the necessary information and documents and ensuring that the damage is assessed correctly;
• Maintaining contact with clients, insurance companies, experts and other relevant parties;
• Actively following up on cases and monitoring the set deadlines;
• Ensuring that files are processed correctly and efficiently;
• To keep clients informed, in a clear and transparent manner, about the progress and further handling of their case;
• Thinking alongside the customer and finding a suitable solution;

Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to work from the office in Oud-Turnhout;
• Some initial experience in insurance, claims management or a similar administrative role;
• Works in a precise and organised manner;
• Is customer-focused and has strong communication skills;
• Is able to manage cases independently, but also enjoys working as part of a team;
• Has a problem-solving and proactive attitude;
• Is comfortable using administrative systems and digital tools;
• You speak and write Dutch well because you are in close contact with customers;
• Is keen to learn and develop further within the insurance sector;
