Site Manager Infra

Function

For our client, we are looking for a passionate Site Manager Infra. In this role, you will play a key role within our team on our projects in Heist-op-den-Berg. With your experience of 5-10 years in the sector, you will organise and coordinate our infrastructure work. You work closely with workers, project leaders and partners, ensuring that planned deadlines are met. Moreover, you are responsible for overseeing safety, quality and efficiency on site.

• Ensure smooth progress of projects from start to finish.
• Be a daily point of contact for staff and contacts on site.
• Implement and ensure safety guidelines.
• Active communication with project leaders and team members.
• Overseeing budgets and deadlines.

Profile

Are you the perfect candidate for this role? If so, you possess:

• Minimum 5 relevant work experience as a Site Manager in infra projects.
• A degree (preferably construction or infra-related).
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and legislation within the construction industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work on-site in Heist-Op-Den-Berg.
• A proactive and results-oriented working attitude.
