Site manager infrastructure

Function

Are you a born organiser with a passion for the construction industry? As a Site Manager, you are the key figure on our construction sites. You will ensure that everything on site runs smoothly and safely, from start-up to completion. The position requires a strong focus on planning, communication and quality control, while working with subcontractors, suppliers and clients. You will coach a team of workers and foremen, detect risks and opportunities, and contribute to technical solutions in collaboration with your project leader.

• Organising and planning the site from A to Z, including daily planning and preparation.
• Coach and motivate the team with emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Monitor progress, quality, budget and schedules.
• Coordinate communication with all stakeholders.
• Actively participate in site meetings and consultation moments

Profile

Experienced leader with strong organisational skills and a results-oriented attitude wanted. You have at least 5 to 10 years of working experience in infrastructure works.

• Bachelor of Architecture/Land Surveying or Industrial Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, basic knowledge of French and English.
• Natural flair for organisation and planning.
• Flexibility, stress-resistance and an eye for deadlines.
• Fluent in communication, complemented by leadership qualities as a people manager.
• Practical insight and ability to recognise risks and opportunities
