Function

Fancy a versatile administrative job on site?

• The project manager and site manager can count on you for the complete administrative follow-up of numerous challenging projects.
• You will ensure timely and correct site notifications and track subcontractor registration....
• You will be responsible for project start-up: from administration to managing contracts and insurance documents.
• Scheduling periodic inspections (first aid, fire extinguishers, electricity...) also comes under your wing, ensuring everything is safe and legally correct.
• You provide clear communication with colleagues and partners at the various sites.
• Each week, you will consult with site managers on the planning of workers at the various sites.
• You will contribute to efficient processes and keep an overview in a dynamic and varied working environment.
• You optimise the administration and actively think about improvements that benefit everyone.

Profile

• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry.
• You are fluent in communication and always think one step ahead.
• You are a born team player and get energy from working with others.
• You feel responsible and strive to ensure that everything runs smoothly on site.
• Administrative accuracy is your second nature; keeping structure and overview gives you satisfaction.
• You are organisationally strong and switch smoothly between different tasks and priorities.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm characterise your working attitude: you always want to grow and improve.
• A good dose of involvement and commitment should not be missing from your DNA.
